La Grange (sleeps up to 9 Guests)
This is the original farmhouse building and is the 2nd largest of the 3 cottages. With all windows facing south, this very spacious cottage is warmed by the Charentaise sunshine from April to October.
The entrance to this beautiful property is via the very large kitchen which, as in most farmhouses, doubles as an open plan dining area for 10. It is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer.
Along the hallway on the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge which can, if preferred, be converted to a very large 4th double or up to quadruple bedroom to increase the accommodation capacity to 10 guests.
Further along the hallway there is a bright and airy twin bedroom (which can be converted to a large double bedroom) as well as a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet which is ideal for guests sleeping on the ground floor and who may have more limited mobility.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and both can be arranged as a large double or two single beds. There is also a shower room upstairs, with washbasin and toilet and a generous sized landing area which is ideal for a cot if required.
La Grange has its own beautiful lawn and garden area which comes with alfresco dining facilities for 10 and a BBQ which is supplied with charcoal ready to use.
