Whether you decide to drive, fly or come by train remember that Les Capucines supplies virtually every conceivable facility…so you really only need to bring your clothes and some good company!
Getting to the Region By Air
There are several low cost airlines that fly direct to the region’s international airports. The nearest airport is La Rochelle (only 35 minutes from Les Capucines), and this has budget flights directly from UK – Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Dublin, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Glasgow, Manchester, Stansted, Southampton and Leeds as well as Geneva, Ajaccio, Lyon, Paris Orly, Brussels and Porto, throughout the late spring, summer, and early autumn months.

By Rail
For a relaxed alternative there are a variety of routes you may wish to consider – some offer interesting stop-overs!

The TGV to La Rochelle or Surgeres makes for a speedy relaxed trip across the Channel to within 20 minutes drive of Les Capucines.
By Car
A short Channel crossing (i.e. Dover -> Calais or Boulogne) followed by a 750 kms drive in France, or a longer Channel crossing (eg Portsmouth or Poole -> St Malo, Cherbourg or Caen) followed by around a 350 kms drive in France – the choice is yours!!
