Le Manoir – (sleeps up to 11 Guests)
Le Manoir is a very luxurious farmhouse cottage that has virtually every possible facility included. The 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs, accommodate 10 guests very comfortably. The downstairs bedroom, which can be configured with a double or twin beds, also has an en-suite shower room and would be ideal for guests who want to be self contained or who may have more limited mobility. There is also the availability of 2 extra sofa beds that can be located on the mezzanine level (ideal for teenagers), increasing the sleeping capacity to 12.
The property has a spacious and very well equipped farmhouse kitchen, a large capacity fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen leads into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge area with a surround sound DVD and French as well as English satellite TV. There is an additional formal dining table in the lounge for those who prefer to dine in more style, or away from the kids!
The large family bathroom upstairs contains a full size bath, shower, toilet and plenty of storage.
Le Manoir also has an ‘office facility’ with a desk and WiFi on the large mezzanine above the kitchen which is useful for those guests who need to maintain contact with the outside world. As mentioned, this area can be converted to accommodate 2 single sofa beds, if preferred.
There is a private courtyard, decorated with geraniums, roses and lavender, overlooking the manicured gardens at the front of the property. The courtyard is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, large market umbrella, a BBQ ready to use and a couple of private sun lounges for those wanting to work on their tans.
